CAN I BUY DIRECTLY FROM YOU OR ON THE WEB?

We design and manufacture our gowns and dresses and they are sold through authorized retailers worldwide. While you may see our dresses advertised for sale online, we recommend you purchase the dress from an authorized Watters retailer to get the highest level of personal and professional service, and to ensure you receive an authentic dress. CAN I STILL ORDER A DRESS FROM A PREVIOUS SEASON?

Many styles are carried over from previous seasons. You’ll find these timeless favorites on our website. If you don’t see it there, the style has been discontinued.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY DRESS TO ARRIVE?

Retailers often have slightly different time frames for their services. So, please contact the authorized retailer where you’ll be buying your dress. For your convenience we also offer rush or emergency cuts on select styles. Additional charges may apply.

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WATTERS AND WTOO BRIDESMAIDS GOWNS?

Watters is our sophisticated collection made with luxe fabrics and hand detailing for the discriminating bridesmaid. Our Wtoo line is also beautifully designed, yet fabricated more affordably.

DO YOU MAKE MATCHING FLOWER GIRL OR JUNIOR BRIDESMAID DRESSES?

Say hello to Seahorse, our impossibly adorable line of flower girl and junior bridesmaids dresses. Sizes range from 2T to 14, so you can easily find an age appropriate design to coordinate with any of our brides and bridesmaids dresses.

WHAT ABOUT DRESSES FOR REHEARSAL DINNERS, PARTIES OR TO TAKE ON A HONEYMOON?

You’re in luck. Our new ENCORE collection is all that.

HOW DO I FIND OUT PRICING ON MY FAVORITE STYLES?

Only authorized retailers can quote the retail price. Since pricing varies by market, please visit our Store Finder for Platinum retailers that carry the entire Watters collection as well as all of the other retailers in your area who will be happy to quote a price for you.

LOCATING A STORE

HOW DO I FIND A STORE THAT CARRIES YOUR DRESSES AND HOW WILL I KNOW IF THEY HAVE MY FAVORITES?

Our Store Finder will help you locate a retailer. You can search by zip code, state, country or area code. For example, if you enter a zip code without results, try searching by your area code or state for a broader area. It’s best to call your nearest retailer before your visit to see if they carry the styles you’re interested in.

SIZE & FIT

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT SIZE A PARTICULAR STYLE IS AVAILABLE IN?

Watters, Wtoo, Collection 20 and D.I.D dresses are available in sizes 0 to 24. Seahorse flower girl and junior bridesmaids dresses come in sizes 2T to 14. Watters Brides sizing availability is also noted on the individual style pages.

WHAT STYLES ARE MOST FLATTERING?

We take the extra time to proportion our dresses to make sure our styles are flattering on body types sized 0 to 24. Within our collections, you’ll find a wide variety of silhouettes from full bustled, modern A-lines, and slim fitting skirts that look amazing and fit comfortably.

ONE OF MY BRIDESMAIDS IS PREGNANT, DO YOU OFFER MATERNITY SIZES?

We’ve got you covered. First, please check out our Maternity styles where you’ll find beautifully proportioned styles for moms-to-be. And, also know that any of our dresses can be altered to accommodate pregnant bridesmaids or brides. It’s a good idea to contact the authorized retailer where you’re purchasing your gown for alteration and style advice. Extra fabric may also be purchased with your dress.

WHAT IF THE DRESS I ORDERED IS TOO BIG OR THE WRONG SIZE?

Our dresses are made to order and each store is responsible for measuring and ordering the size dress that you and the retailer believe is the right fit. Please contact your authorized retailer from whom you will purchase your dress to discuss any questions regarding measurement and sizing.

FABRICS, COLORS AND ACCESSORIES

DO YOUR DRESSES COME IN COLORS OTHER THAN WHAT’S PICTURED?

Yes, all of our dresses are available in additional colors, which will be shown by our online fabric swatches or listed in the product description for each individual style. Some colors offered will depend upon the fabric and trim.

CAN I GET A DRESS MADE IN A DIFFERENT FABRIC?

Styles that are available in more than one fabric will be noted when viewing each style. For example, Watters style 7274 (Duchess Satin) is also available as style 7374 (Satin Back Taffeta). If different fabrics are not noted on an individual style page, dresses are only available in the fabric shown.

ARE FABRIC SWATCHES AVAILABLE?

Absolutely. You can get fabric swatches from your nearest authorized retailer. By the way, they’re free with the purchase of your dress.

CAN I BUY EXTRA FABRIC, TRIM AND ACCESSORIES?

If you need extra ribbon for your flower bouquets, extra brooches for your bridal party or more fabric to help coordinate colors with your wedding vendors, you can purchase it all through your authorized retailer. Accessories are available through your authorized retailer.

DO YOU PRODUCE A CATALOG?

We no longer print catalogs, however, all of our current collections can be seen online. You’ll find product information, alternative fabrics, sizes, colors and more on each individual product page. Please contact your local authorized retailer for questions about a particular style.
